Why we should ask for support? It’s sad the fact that we need to support leadership for women when women themselves are natural born leaders. Even these days where women shine on businesses, still people treat them so demeaning that makes me sick. Many companies are not supporting women leaders in business, because the idea that man has for many years: women came to the world to give company to men and they’re servants of men; I have a word for those that believe that: bullshit!

Perhaps we’ve got to remember to those macho men that this world is for every one and the fact that the universe itself is essentially feminine, but I don’t want to go deep in the subject of the nature of universe; I just want to convince you why women leadership must be supported in business.

Women have a different perspective of life than men: men is more violent and tends to take stupid decisions, as a matter fact recent studies reveals that women have more neurons than men which make them more capable according to biology, but we all are the same, we came to this world by equality, still, women have better organization.

How can we support women leaders?

First of all, remove the idea of sexual differences; thinking in men and women as sexual beings is stupid and sick. We both can perform the same tasks no matter the nature of the task. Remember that we are humans and both we share the world; there are men capable of great things and women capable of amazing things.

Give a chance and provide freedom: Some sick stupid bastards promise a better job position in a company for women in exchange of something, mostly a sexual stuff which is wrong, freedom is a gift that life gave us, instead of looking for physical attributes in your woman employee better look for leadership capacities that will help your business to grow.

And finally this is for you women. You have the capacity of doing great things, more amazing than men but you have to convince yourself you can do it and instead of fighting other woman for men, better make them friends and together you can reach your goals.
