Prepare the executive summary
The executive summary is one of the most important sections of the business plan; it is the first section of the document, which’s going to be read. The key for a good executive summary is, its briefness (no more than 2 pages), which should emphasize the importance of the plan, and to achieve to get attention from whoever is reading it.
