History of the company
People reading the business plan, will wish to know the history of the Enterprise. If the firm already exists, describe when and who started it. Describe the most important changes occurred during its operation. If it is about a new business, shows some of the reasons for which you want to start it.

GEMF was founded in May of 2008, initiating from a simple Printed circuit board impression service. Initially, GEMF had the facilities to operate a single PCB printer machine, and as their clients were growing, it established improved facilities with more capabilities either for machines and staff. This helped meet the needs of our customers both in production and quality.
In January 2009, a new partner, SSEMF, join to GEMF, who provided the capital, contacts and expertise about the business. SSEMF let know in detail about the development of electronic manufacture in the market.

Principal objective and the ways to accomplish it
It is important to have a long term vision of what you wish for your enterprise. In some cases, is convenient to make a reference to the strategies and philosophies of your business. Moreover, making reference to the efforts the enterprise does to develop good relations with clients and staff.

The objectives of the company have been accomplished since its creation. Basically, we had increased a 30% cumulative average annual on our sales since December 2008 to date, serving the major clients in the electronic manufacture industry around the country.
On the same way, our customers have been increased more than proportionality, which force us to rethink our method of distribution to make it more efficient. We understand, regardless the actual economic situation of the country, is essential to adopt new strategies to continue achieving our goals.
Our objective for the next 3 years is to increase sales 25% average annual.
Location and resources
Describe where located your business is, and the facilities it has. A description of the place can be included: the type and size of the facilities, its equipment, and if you are the owner of the immovable. Moreover, explain what advantages the location has, and if any, explain how it can be located. This contributes success to your business.
Example:
GEMF is located at 50th street 3455, Boston Massachusetts. Originally, in 2008 the business was located at 60th street Rhode Island. The increment in activity promoted the necessity to make an analysis of the benefits of the actual location, which made us change the current site location. Basically, the factors that influenced the current location were: the access, suppliers and ways of distribution, both national and international.
