Every business needs a plan; you must follow this rule before doing everything.

You need a business plan to guide your business, for now and the future, you need a plan to define your strategy either if is a long term strategy or short term. A plan will help you to achieve your goals and missions.

You need a business plan to share with your staff, to show them where to go and how you want to get there. A plan will help to motivate your employees and to lead them day by day. Summarizing, you need a plan for your business but the problem is – how do you create an effective plan? How do you lead your ideas to a paper? And if you do not have any idea for a business plan, - where can you find one?

If you are thinking to hire a specialist for this task, a business consultant, let me tell you that is a good idea only if you have a lot of money, but if you do not, it is not a good idea.
