A great business idea

Last week I was talking to a friend and our main topic was businesses, he is currently working in a manufacture of electronic assemblies as a process engineer and quality assurance inspector, his job is well paid about $60 dollars per hour but despite his luck on the working world he told me he wanted his own business, and I told him “Well, why don’t you start one, do you have savings?” he answered “Yes Daniel, I have my savings but I don’t know what to do, do you have a business idea?”- “Well yes I have business ideas, but you must find your own passion”.
Yesterday I asked my friend about his business idea, his answer was pretty amazing, and honestly I wasn’t expecting such a good answer from him:
- “Well Daniel, what about a business where everyone can win a profit”-
I answered – “That sounds good, what do you have in mind?”
– “Let’s say I go to the market and buyfood for five weeks and I sell that food a little bit expensive, to five persons ”
– “Mmm, that sounds like a retail store friend”
– “Yes Daniel, but if those five persons sells to another five persons each one, they will receive a free food package every week, and if these persons recommend other five persons to do the same, they will have their own associates.”
-“Okay, so I assume you are the first level and you will find five associates and those associates may have their own associates and so on, am I correct?”
- Yes, it’s like a pyramid”
– “Sounds cool, but what are the rates? I mean, how much are you going to earn, and how much your people is going to earn”
-“Simple, 5 x level - 1 packages of food is the total income to me per level so I will charge only a little profit: 10 percent of the total cost, if a potato have cost of $1 dollar I will sell it at $1.30 dollars and I will earn five cents”
-Ok, why $1.30 dollars? You said only ten percent and what about the rates of your associates?
-If an associate sells a food package he/she will receive 20 percent of the earnings so if he/she sells 5 food packages he/she will receive a free food package, which is the answer for the missing 20 cents.
-Mmm, so where are your earnings?
-Ok Daniel, don’t make stupid questions, it’s easy, if an associate sells five packages he/she will receive a free food package or the money, and my earnings are those five food packages sold.
-You said something about a third level and something about the second level earning money, what is that?
-Yes, if N level people sell packages they will provide earnings to N-1 level, how much? 20% per package, for example if a third level associate sells five packages he/she will receive the money of a package but his/her second level associate will receive 20% percent of the earnings of each sell, so if a second level has 5 third level associates and each one sells 5 packages, so the second level associate will receive 20% of each sell being a total of %500 percent.
-Wow! That is awesome, you are earning only 10% of the sale and your associates 20% but at big scale you are going to be millionare, what a great business idea, you know what? I want to be your first associate.

It’s amazing how an idea may be good for all.

A good idea has value. Yet I see many people with good ideas who never implement the ideas or implement them poorly. So they never achieve the potential success that the idea offers. No matter how good the idea, it must be well planned and well marketed if it is to succeed.
Hi your ideas are better, i must say it best but i need a different idea.i am not doing a business in networking. As u say i am a third party associate. How can i spread my business as a third associate. hoping to get ur ans soon
