The role of the women in the business world

Many times I have heard the phrase “businesses are only for men” but the only true about this phrase is that men are part of business as well as woman has an important role in businesses nowadays. We must not forget that women are consumers and therefore to understand the need of women there is no better option to ask another woman. Another point to keep in mind is also the fact of the majority of world wide population is made by women.
If we go back in history, for many years women have been repressed and labeled as inferior beings, but these stories come from the classic “macho” when man was not capable to understand the importance of the female beings. Nowadays, the woman is still treated so demeaning, but the saddest thing is that they accept it so happily. Still the world has remarkable women who give life to the essence of the female presence on the world and they show they are capable to do great things and are even more organized than man.
The role of woman in businesses is being distinguished by different categories; and not only to consumers, many companies keep their success because their main plan of function is taken by women. Other companies keep their leadership because their women employees and women executives, also they are enterprises whose synonymous is the “woman company”, but they are those women that keep and grown their own businesses.
Unfortunately the truth is very different from reality; the very important role of women in business has barely born in the last 30 years and even where the true is that the role of women in business has been significant, men gives no importance to it when the truth is fact is of vital importance. Without the help of women in business, society could never be successful. It’s a big mistake to think that society is just made by men when the emergence of modern society was made by humanity it self: men and women.
It’s just a matter to understand the importance of the role of women in business and more even to open the doors and give opportunities to great ideas. Let’s forget the idea of the world of business is only for men and that man is the only one capable to achieve success, it’s just a matter to have a little of conscience and to act to make a better world.

If there is any occupation where gender discrimination shouldn't be, it's business. Anyone with the character and spirit to run a successful business should be admired, regardless of gender, race, nationality, etc.
